Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pocket Agent (“Pocket Agent”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@mypocketagents.com.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist

• Email address. Required to join.
• Optional answers. Your role, the follow-up work you would hand off, the tools you use, how often you have meetings, and anything you write in the free-text field. Every question can be skipped.
• Referral details. If you arrived through someone’s referral link, the code in that link. We also create a referral code for you.
• Visit context. Your browser language, the address of the page that sent you here, campaign tags in the link you used (UTM parameters), and the date and time you signed up.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in the free-text field.

To keep the waitlist secure

To stop spam and abuse, our server limits how many requests can come from one IP address. We do not store your IP address in our database. We store a one-way, keyed hash of it, and those records are deleted after 24 hours.

Hosting data

Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

What we do not collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other trackers, and we never ask for payment details on it.

3. How we use it

• Run the waitlist. Record your place, show your position and manage referrals.
• Contact you about early access. Invitations, product updates and occasional questions about your needs. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Decide who to invite first. The first version of Pocket Agent works best for people with frequent meetings who use certain email, calendar and CRM tools. We use your answers about role, meeting frequency and tools to prioritize invitations. This only affects the order of invitations. You can ask us to review your status at any time.
• Decide what to build. We review answers in aggregate to understand demand.
• Protect the service. Prevent spam, fraud and abuse.

4. Legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Brazil, we rely on:

• Consent to send you early-access emails. You give it when you join and can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.
• Legitimate interests to operate and secure the waitlist, prioritize invitations and understand demand, always balanced against your rights.

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), these correspond to consent (art. 7, I) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case, this policy continues to apply to your information.

6. International transfers

Our providers store and process data in the United States. If you live elsewhere, your information will be transferred there. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep it

• Waitlist data: until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for early access. We delete inactive waitlist records no later than 24 months after sign-up, unless you become a customer.
• Security hashes of IP addresses: 24 hours.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold your information and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• export it in a portable format;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• withdraw your consent to emails at any time.

To make a request, write to privacy@mypocketagents.com from the email address you used to join, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil, the supervisory authority in your EU country or the ICO in the United Kingdom.

9. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. The waitlist database is not publicly accessible: the website can only reach it through a server function that validates every request, and our secret keys never appear in the website’s code. We also limit request rates to block automated abuse.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

10. Children

Pocket Agent is built for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any update on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email waitlist members before it takes effect.
